The firm

In 1981, Studio Legale Alpa-Galletto was established in Genova, as a professional association between Guido Alpa and Tomaso Galletto.

The Firm’s activity, at first mainly focused in the areas of civil law and corporate and business law, was progressively extended to the field of arbitration and European Union law, up to including subjects traditionally ascribed to the field of administrative law (Public contracts, Environment, State services).

In all areas of practice, the Firm has offered both advice and assistance on litigation.
The Firm also operated in Rome starting in 1991.

In 2012 the two Partners decided to end the professional association and pursue their activity singularly, in mutual independence.

After a leading out period of a year during which Tomaso Galletto practises independently with the support of some lawyers from the previous Firm, in 2014 he founded and established Galletto & Associati.
