Who we are

The Firm can count on the over thirty years’ experience of its founder – currently lecturer in Civil Procedural Law at the University of Genova – and on the experience acquired by the other Associates in their respective areas of expertise.

The training of the Firm’s lawyers is multidisciplinary, as to ensure a complete and versatile assistance to the clients even in complex disputes or in ones that are defined by the ssimultaneous enforcement of rules belonging to different regulations.

Each Firm’s lawyers has nonetheless developed a particular competency in the specific areas of practice of main relevance.

Each Firm’s partner is the author of scientific publications inherent to their disciplinary fields of expertise.

The Firm take advantage of the collaboration of other lawyers and trainees.

Areas of practice include civil law and commercial law, corporate law and insolvency law, banking and international private law, as well as the areas related to certain fields of administrative law (contracts and public services, environmental and territorial discipline).

The Firm is mainly active in advising and assisting Italian companies and public authority, advising on litigation and arbitration as well as on corporate and financial transactions.
