Antonio Bisignani

Antonio Bisignani was born in Genova on August 7, 1973.
He graduated in Law from the University of Genova with a thesis on civil law in the matter of Constructive Trust.
During his course of studies, he attended the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies in the University of London.
He began his professional practice in the Studio Alpa-Galletto in 2000.
Since 2006 he has been collaborating with the legal training school Mauro De André in Genova.
He is admitted to act as Mediator (Italian D. Lgs. 28/2010) since 2012 and to the Corte di Cassazione.
He mainly works in arbitration and litigation in civil, commercial and bankruptcy matters, in addition to generally providing advice in the field of civil law and company law.
He is author of many publications about civil law and arbitration.
He is Founder of Galletto & Associati.
