The Partners have gained multiple and relevant experiences in contract management related to businesses and companies (Mergers and acquisition, business lease or sale, shareholders’ agreements, statutory clauses), in the field of supplies and services (large work or service contracts), in the area of transfer and management of real estate (with particular regard to new purchase-sale typologies such as rent to buy, buy to rent, help to buy), in fiduciary agreements and in asset allocation (trusts, fiduciary contracts, allocation constraints in accordance with article 2645 ter of the Italian Civil Code).
The Firm offers assistance to clients in disputes linked to contractual relationships (closing, fulfillment, termination) in the same areas in which it provides extrajudicial advice.
